It probably doesn’t come as a huge surprise that after a day of competitively cramming yourself full of meat, you probably won’t feel like consuming much else. But digestives are traditionally the best thing you can pour on a full stomach. Although, after what I’d been through I thought I should create something more powerfully soothing than your average after dinner mint. 

Ingredients

  • 30m Aperol (or any similar digestive, like Campari)
  • 1 bottle Schweppes Soda Water
  • Limes
  • Coconut Water
  • Ice

Method

  1. Muddle a lime wedge in the glass and add ice.
  2. Add 30 ml of Aperol.
  3. Top with coconut water.
  4. Finish with Schweppes Soda Water, and stir. 
  5. Sit back and enjoy the sweet relief!
