Raspberry Summer Cooler

Glassware

  • A tall glass

Ingredients

  • 50mls raspberry syrup
  • 25mls fresh lemon juice
  • Top With Soda
  • Ice 
  • Fresh Raspberries 
  • Lemon

Method

  1. 50mls raspberry syrup
  2. 25mls fresh lemon juice
  3. Top With Soda
  4. Serve over ice 

 

To make the raspberry syrup, add to a large pot: 

  1. 3kg caster sugar
  2. 2L water (per boiled)
  3. 1kg raspberries
  4. Allow to simmer until the sugar has dissolved completely.
  5. Pass the syrup through a fine strainer to remove all the pips. 

Garnish

  • A slice of lemon and a fresh raspberry (if you can afford them)
