Ingredients

  • 50ml PIMM’s
  • Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
  • 2 lemon slices
  • Mint
  • Ice

Method

  1. Pour PIMM’s into a short glass over ice
  2. Top with dry  ginger ale
  3. Add slices of lemon and mint to garnish
