The Grape Escape

Ingredients

  • 50ml PIMM’s
  • 90ml Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale
  • 3-4 mint leaves & mint sprig for garnish
  • 3 circular cut lemon slices
  • 3 halved red grapes
  • Ice

Method

  1. Combine PIMM’s, mint, lemon and grapes in a tall glass
  2. Fill glass with ice & top with dry ginger ale
  3. Garnish with a sprig of mint
