  • 30ml Tanqueray Gin
  • Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
  • 4 cherries de-stoned – fresh, frozen or from a jar or tin
  • 4 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
  • Ice


  1. Gently crush cherries & basil leaves together in a short glass with a wooden spoon
  2. Add ice and gin, then stir before topping with tonic water
  3. Garnish with basil leaves
