- Highball glass
Ingredients
- Cucumber
- Tequila
- Cassis
- Lime
- Schweppes Ginger Ale
- Ice
Method
- Fill a cocktail shaker half-full with ice and add a good splash of tequilla
- Then add a dash of cassis and squeeze over the juice of half a lime
- Stick the lid on your mixer and shake the devil out of your concoction
- Use a sieve to strain the Rosarita into a highball glass
- Top off the glass with Schweppes Ginger Ale

Couple of slices of refreshing cucumber
