- Orange juice
- Passionfruit puree
- Apricot brandy
- Dark rum
- Light rum
- Angosturra bitters
- Seasonal fruit
- Take your ice-filled shaker and squeeze in equal amounts of fresh lemon and lime juice.
- Add some fresh OJ and a dollop of passionfruit puree.
- Pour in a dash of grenadine and two of Angostura bitters.
- Then, in equal amounts, add a splash of apricot brandy, dark rum and light rum.
- Give it a shake and strain into a very large glass.
- Drink by the seaside, as advised.
