White Sangria


  • A Bowl 


  • Pinot Gris
  • Schweppes Ginger Ale
  • Lemon
  • Lime
  • Orange
  • Cointreau
  • Brandy


  1. Slice an orange, leaving the skin on, as well as a lemon and a lime.
  2. Pick some fresh basil and throw that in the bowl too.
  3. Pour in a bottle of pinot gris and a bottle of Schweppes Dry Ginger Ale.
  4. Add a splash of brandy and another dollop of Cointreau. Finally, to sweeten things up a little, stir in a tablespoon of honey.
  5. Add some ice, bung it in the fridge until it’s chilled, and prepare to relax.
